AGENDA TITLE: Planning Commission Report of October 14, 1998

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
AGENDA ITEM RECOMMENDATION

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The following actions were taken at the last regular Planning
Commission meeting of October 14, 1998:
a. Approved the request of Lodi Memorial Hospital for approval of a Use Permit allowing the expansion of
the Hospital's West Campus parking lot to accommodate an additional 49 cars. (Continued from
September 23, 1998)
Approved request of G REM, Inc. for approval of a Development Plan for a 200 -unit, medium -density,
apartment complex; and
Certified the filing of a Negative Declaration (ND -98-09) by the Community Development Director as
adequate documentation for a Development Plan for a200 -unit, medium -density, apartment complex.
C. Approved the request of Darrell R. Sasaki for approval of a Development Plan for a 103 -lot, medium -
density, single-family subdivision and a 55 -lot, low-density, single-family subdivision; and
Certified the filing of a Negative Declaration (ND -98-06) by the Community Development Director as
adequate documentation for a Development Plan for a 103 -lot, medium -density, single-family subdivision
and a 55 -lot, low-density, single-family subdivision.
d. Approved the request of Lodi Building Partners for approval of a Growth Management Development Plan
for 42 single-family residences to be located at the southwest corner of Lodi West; and
Certified the filing of a Negative Declaration (ND -98-07) by the Community Development Director as
adequate documentation for a Growth Management Development Plan for 42 single-family residences to
be located at the southwest corner of Lodi West.
Recommend to the City Council the Planning Commission's recommendation for the Growth Management
Development Plan Review and Awarding and Expiring of Building Permit Allocations.
