RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI
STATING THAT THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE OVERCROWDED
SCHOOL ATTENDANCE AREAS IN THE LODI UNIFIED SCHOOL
DISTRICT SHALL APPLY TO BUILDING PERMITS ISSUED FOR
LOTS APPEARING ON TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAPS WHICH
ARE APPROVED, EXTENDED OR LAPSED AFTER
DECEMBER ZO, 1978.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lodi, pursuant
to Ordinance No. 1149 has adopted Resolution No. 78- 175 declar-
ing all school attendance areas in the Lodi Unified School District
situate within the City Limits of Lodi, are overcrowded; and
WHEREAS, said City Council by adopting Resolution No.
79-5 has established the amount of fees to be charged for mobile -
home spaces and residential dwelling units; and
WHEREAS, said City Council is desirous of indicating which
new developments shall pay said fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Lodi that the fee schedule for the overcrowded school
attendance areas in the Lodi Unified School District shall apply to
Building Permits issued for lots appearing on Tentative Subdivision
maps which are approved, extended or lapsed after December 20,
1978.

adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting
held Wednesday, the 3rd day of January 1979 by the following vote:
