HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 79-32RESOLUTION NO. 79-32 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1979-80 CLAIMS FOR TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT FUNDS (SB 325) RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does 'hereby authorize the use of SB 325 funds on any and all projects listed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and thereby made a part hereof. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby approve the 1979-80 Claims for Trans- portation Development Act Funds (SB 325) and authorizes the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
