HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 80-125RESOLUTIONJ NO. 80-125 RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE DESIRE OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL TO HAVE THE HIGHWAY 12 BRIDGE AT THE WOODBRIDGE IRRIGATION CANAL WIDENED TO ITS ULTIMATE WIDTH RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby express its desire to have the Highway 12 Bridge at the Woodbridge Irrigation District Canal widened to its ultimate width as a part of the State's Highway 12 Reconstruction Project, and more specifically recommends that: a) the bridge be widened to 90 feet curb to curb width with appropriate sidewalks on each side b) that the State of California, Department of Transportation does the necessary design work and contract administration c) that the State prepares the necessary agreements including cost estimates as soon as possible so the work can proceed in a timely manner BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lodi approved as a part of the 1980-81 Capital Improvement Program Budget $164,000 from the City's TDA Fund based on preliminary estimates for this project.
