RESOLUTION MAKING
DETERMINATIONS AND ORDERING
ANNEXATION WITHOUT ELECTION
Section 1 - RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lodi that it determines:
of Lodi:
a) Preliminary proceedings for the annexation of
certain described non-contiguous, City owned
territory to the City of Lodi were initiated by
the filing of Resolution No. 80-111 with the
Local Agency Formation Commission in the County
of San Joaquin pursuant to the requirements of
the Municipal Organization Act.
b) Thereafter, appropriate proceedings were conducted
by the said Local Agency Formation Commission and
the said Commission on the 17th day of October,
1980, adopted a resolution approving the proposed
Annexation subject to certain conditions.
c) Resolution No. 487 of the Local Agency Formation
Commission approving the proposed annexation also
authorized the City of Lodi to take proceedings
for annexation as the designated conducting agency
in accordance with Section 35012 of the Government
Code.
Section 2 - RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
a) That the proposal for annexation is ORDERED without
an election, pursuant to Government Code Section
35012. The change of organization consists of:
1) Annexation of the White Slough No. 2 area
non-contiguous to the City of Lodi (LAFC 22-80)
2) Description of said territory is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, as though set out in
full.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 80-165 was passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in
a regular meeting held November 19, 1980 by the follow-
ing vote:
Ayes: Councilmen - McCarty, Murphy, Pinkerton,
Hughes, and Katnich
Noes: Councilmen - None
Absent: Councilmen - None

WHITE SLOUGH WATER POLLUTION
CONTROL PLANT NO. 2
(City of Lodi, Calif.)
A portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23 and the
Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 3 North, Range 5 East, Mount
Diablo Base and Meridian, being described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the North Tine of the Southwest
Quarter of said Section 24 with the Westerly right of way line of that
portion of land conveyed to the State of California by Deed recorded
May 15, 1968, in Volume 3209, Official Records, page 268, San Joaquin
County Records; thence South 260 17' 35" East, along said Westerly right
of way line, 76.38 feet to the Northeast corner of that certain 99_8
acre parcel of land owned by the City of Lodi commonly known as "White
Slough Water Pollution Control Plant" and annexed to the City of Lodi
by the San Joaquin Board of Supervisors on March 21, 1974 by Resolution
R-74-620; thence North 890 28' 22" West, along the North line of said
parcel, 1160.97 feet; thende South 00 57' T5" West, along the West
line of said parcel, 2571.23 feet to a point in the South line of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section 23; thence North 890 22' 52" West.,
along said South line, 964.00 feet; thence North 00 57'15" East,
2637.85 feet to a point in the North line of said Quarter; thence
South 89023'22" East, alonq said North line and along the*North line
of the Southwest Qudrter'of said Section 24, 2090.01 feet to the
point of beginning.
Containing 60.2 acres, more or less.
