Home My WebLink AboutResolutions - No. 81-139RESOLUTION NO. 81-139 RESOLUTION PROHIBITING THE USE OF MURRAY STREET BY ANY COMMERCIAL VEHICLE OR BY ANY VEHICLE EXCEEDING A MAXIMUM GROSS WEIGHT LIMIT OF FIVE TONS RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby declare that any commercial vehicle or any other vehicle exceeding a maximum gross weight limit of five tons is hereby prohibited from using the following street or any part thereof: a) Murray Street BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Director is hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signs on the subject street affected by the resolution.
