HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 81-26RESOLUTION NO. 81-26 AWARD - CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE OF RADIO EQUIPMENT WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly published in accordance with law and the order of this City Council, sealed bids were received on February 24, 1981 as described in the specifications therefor approved by the City Council on February 4, 1981; and WHEREAS, said bids have been compared, checked, and tabu- lated and a report thereof filed with the City Manager as follows: Annual Uncovered Bidder Contract Amount Work Delta Communication $18,009.00 $40.00/hr McGee Communication $20,741.40 $36.00/hr Motorola Communication $21,661.80 $49.00/hr WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that award be made to the low bidder, Delta Communication NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi that award of contract for the maintenance of City radio equipment be and the same is hereby made to Delta Communi- cation, the low bidder, in the amount of $18,009.00 for the annual contract and $40.00 per hour for work not set forth in the contract.
