RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN
1602 BRANDYWINE COURT AND 1214 BRANDYWINE DRIVE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lodi that
pursuant to Government Code Section 66412, the Lot Line Adjust-
ment between 1602 Brandywine Court and 1214 Brandywine Drive
(i.e. Lots 178 and 179 Beckman Ranch, Unit 13), as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and thereby made a part hereof, is
hereby approved with the condition that the existing 5 foot
public utility easement along the south side of 1602 Brandywine
Court (Lot 178) be extended easterly 8' 6" to provide electrical
service to 1214 Brandywine Drive (Lot 179).

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 81-14 was passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in
a regular meeting held January 21, 1981 by the following
vote:
Ayes: Councilmen - McCarty, Murphy, Pinkerton, Hughes,
and Katnich
