A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL
AWARDING THE PURCHASE OF FORTY (40) LODI
POST -TOP LUMINAIRES
WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly published in accordance with law and the order of
this City Council, sealed bids were received and publicly opened on February 21, 2001, at
11:00 a.m. for the purchase of forty (40) Holophane Prismasphere8 Globe -Style Lodi Post -top
Luminaires, described in the specifications approved by the City Council on February 7, 2001;
and
WHEREAS, said bids have been compared, checked, and tabulated and a report
thereof filed with the City Manager as follows:

Wille Electric Co. Stockton $21,868.51
Graybar Electric Co. Sacramento $23,025.64
G E Supply Co. North Highlands $23,210.11
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends award of the bid for the purchase of forty
(40) Lodi Post -top Luminaires to the low bidder, Wille Electric Co., of Stockton, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lodi City Council that the award of the
bid for the purchase of forty (40) Lodi Post -top Luminaires, be and the same is hereby
awarded to Wille Electric Co., of Stockton, California, the low bidder, in the amount of
$21,868.51.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 2001-55 was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting held March 7, 2001, by the following vote:
