That all requirements of Chapter 22 of the Code of the City of Lodi have been complied with in connection with the improvements of Tract Map Nos. 1878 and 1888, Lakeshore Village Unit Nos. 5 & 6, which maps were filed January 1, 1984 and January 25, 1984 in Volume 26, Page 108 and 111, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records. 2. That the offer to dedicate the streets hereinafter has not been revoked.
