HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 84-043RESOLUTICN NO. 84-043 A RESOLUrICN OF THE CITY CQNCIL OF THE CITY OF LCDI REVISING THE CITY OF L®I'S STREET DESIGN STANDARDS WHEREAS, the Lodi Planning Conmission, at the request of the City of Lodi Public Works Department, reviewed at its February 13, 1984 meeting, proposed revisions to the City of Lodi Street Design Standards, which revisions would create a standard distance of 2-1 feet between the back of sidewalks and the right-of-way lines, and will make subdivision design and construction simpler by creating a uniform standard in all streets; and WHEREAS, the Lodi Planning Commission recommended after review of the proposed Street Design Standards that the Lodi City Council approve the proposed revisions to the Street Design Standards, and WFEREAS, the Lodi City Council held a public hearing in this regard on March 21, 1984 to consider the proposed Street Design Standards revisions, and thereafter approved those revisions; NOW, THERERRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi Street Design Standards are revised from the existing standards to the amended standards, all as depicted in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein.
