RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
INCLUDING RIGHT-OF-WAY DOCUMENTS
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby
authorize the City Manager to execute all required documents,
right-of-way documents on behalf of the City of Lodi.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 85-66 was
passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Lodi in a Regular Meeting held June 19, 1985
by the following vote:
