RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO PERMIT PARKING PROGRAM
ESTABLISHED IlV THE VICINITY OF THE PCP CAMIF.RY
W1EREAS, the City Council of the City of Lodi at its Regular
Council Meeting of December 4, 1985 did adopt Resolution No. 85-172 -
Resolution Establishing Parking Restrictions in the area of the Pacific
Coast Producers Facility which set forth the following restrictions:
1) Each resident in the area depicted on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and thereby made a part hereof will
be provided with a resident penut
2) "No Parking" restrictions will be established for one (1)
hour frcan 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.; 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.; and
3:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. except with a resident permit from
June 1 through March 31.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Lodi does hereby amend Resolution No. 85-172 to provide for visitor
parking for those parcels where no off-street parking exists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURNiER RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Lodi does hereby authorize Staff to implement the provisions
of this amendment.
