RESOLUTION ADOPTING TRIENNIAL REVIEW SOLID WASTE 1PM0MFP PLAN
WHEREAS, the Nejedly-Z'berg-Dills Solid Waste Management and
Resource Recovery Act of 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the Act)
requires each County in cooperation with affected local jurisdictions
to prepare a comprehensive, coordinated solid waste management plan;
and
WHEREAS, said Act also requires that the County Solid Waste
Management Plan be reviewed and revised, if appropriate, at least
every three years and revised where necessary to be consistent with
state policy; and
WHEREAS, said Act also requires that any amanrhwnts to said plan
shall be subject to the approval by a majority of the cities within
the County which contain a majority of the population of the
incorporated area of the County; and
WHEREAS, the County of San Joaquin has prepared an update to
said plan for solid waste management in conformance with the Act and
on May 27, 1986 submitted said plan update to this Council for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Lodi has reviewed and approved said plan update.

regular meeting held June 25, 1986 by the following vote:
