RESOLUTION APPROVING WHITE SLOUGH FIRE STATION LEASE
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby
approve the White Slough Fire Station Lease, a copy of which is
attached hereto, identified as Exhibit "A", and thereby made a part
hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi
does hereby authorized the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute
the subject lease on behalf of the City of Lodi.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 86-60 was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a Regular Meeting held
April 16, 1986 by the following vote:
Ayes: Council Members - Hinchman, Olson, Pinkerton, Snider, and
Reid (Mayor)

LESSEE: DELTA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
Courthouse - Room 707
222 East Weber Avenue
Stockton, CA 95202
PROPERTY: The 2 acres located on the northwest corner of Thornton
Road and the White Slough Treatment Plant Access Road,
the legal description of which is attached as Exhibit A.
LEASE AGREEMENT:
1. In consideration for the provision of fire protection services the
City leases the aforesaid property to the District for a term of 99
years.
2. The District shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City
from any and all claims arising from the District's use of the property.
3. The District shall be responsible for the maintenance of the
property during the life of the lease term.
4. The District shall be responsible for any real estate or other
taxes assessed on the property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties executed this lease the day and
