The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements of Chapter 22 of the Code of the City
of Lodi have been complied with in connection with the improvements
of Tract Map No. 1691, Burgundy Village, which map was filed in
Volume 27, Page 58, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County
Records.
2. That the offer to dedicate the streets hereinafter has not
beer: revoked.
