HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 87-165RESOLUTION 87-155 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND REALLOCATION LODI MAIN STREET PROGRAM WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lodi has determined that the Lodi Main Street Program has experienced some unexpected delays in its implementation; and WHEREAS, said City Council has determined that the reallocation of unusable Main Street Program funds caused by such delays, to the Lodi Housing Rehabilitation Program constitutes a more timely use of Community Development Block Grant funds for the remaining fiscal year; and WHEREAS, said Council reserves the opportunity to consider the allocation of Community Development Block Grant funds to the Lodi Main Street Program in Fiscal Year 1988-89. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby authorize the City Manager to request San Joaquin County to reallocate $25,000 of the total $50,000 allocation to the Lodi Main Street Program, to the City of Lodi Housing Rehabilitation Program.
