AWARD - CONTRACT FOR LINCOLN AVENUE STORM DRAIN OUTFALL STRUCTURE,
LOCATED 550' NORTH OF TURNER ROAD
WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly published in accordance with law
and the order of this City Council, sealed bids were received and publicly
opened by the City Clerk of this City on August 5, 1987 at 11:00 a.m. for the
contract for Lincoln Avenue Storm Drain Outfall Structure, located 550' north
of Turner Road, described in the specifications therefor approved by the City
Council July 15, 1987; and
WHEREAS, said bids have been compared, checked, and tabulated and a
report thereof filed with the City Manager as follows:

Claude C. Wood Co. 41,900.00
Moody Construction 49,950.00

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that award for the contract for
Lincoln Avenue Storm Drain Outfall Structure, 550' north of Turner Road, be
made to the low bidder, Crutchfield Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lodi that award of contract for Lincoln Avenue Storm Drain Outfall Structure,
550' north of Turner Road be and the same is hereby made to Crutchfield
Construction, the low bidder, in the amount of $19,036.00 and appropriate an
additional $8,000.00 from the Master Drainage Program fund to complete the
project.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 87-105 was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting
held August 19, 1987 by the following vote:
Ayes: Council Members - Hinchman, Pinkerton, Reid, and
Olson (Mayor)
