RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING OFFICER
TO CONTRACT OR PURCHASE SPECIFIC FIRE DEPARTMENT
SUPPLIES, SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT WITH THE SAN JOAQUIN
COUNTY AND STANISLAUS COUNTY FIRE AGENCIES
WHEREAS, Lodi Municipal Code, Section 3.20.040, Exemptions from
Centralized Purchasing, authorizes the Purchasing Officer, with Council
approval, to purchase or contract for specified supplies, services or
equipment independently of the Purchasing Department.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to
purchase or contract for specific supplies, services or equipment
required by the Fire Department jointly with the Fire Agencies of San
Joaquin County and Stanislaus County.
