Home My WebLink AboutResolutions - No. 88-13 ER0 RESOLUTION NO. 88-13 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING VOTING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES, APPOINTING PRECINCT BOARD MEMBERS AND FIXING COMPENSATION FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON TUESDAY, APRIL 12, 1988, CALLED BY RESOLUTION NO. 87-166 OF THE CITY COUNCIL WHEREAS, a General Municipal Election to be held Tuesday, April 12, 1988 has been called by Resolution No. 87-166,adopted on December 2, 1987. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI, CALIFORNIA DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DE'T'ERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That for the purpose of holding the General Municipal Election, -there is established fifteen (15) voting precincts consisting of consolidations of the regular election precincts in the City of Lodi, California established for the holding of state and county elections,as the regular election precincts exist on the date of adoption of this resolution. That the polling places for the respective precincts shall be the places designated; and that the persons named, being canpetent and voters and residents of the city, are appointed precinct board members for their respective voting precincts and they shall conduct the elution in the manner provided by law. The rental for each polling place, where a charge is made, shall be the sum of $25.00 for the election. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
