HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 88-149RESOLUTION NO. 88-149 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR PIPING FOR DIESEL TANK AT WHITE SLOUGH WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY, 12751 NORTH THORNTON ROAD WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly published in accordance with law and the order of this City Council, sealed bids were received and publicly opened on October 19, 1988 at 11:00 a.m. for the contract for piping for diesel tank at White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility, 12751 North Thornton Road, described in the specifications therefor approved by the City Council on September 28, 1988; and WHEREAS, said bids have been compared, checked, and tabulated and a report thereof filed with the City Manager as follows: Bidder Amount RAMCON Petroleum Engineering Santa Rosa R.W. Johnston & Son Oakland $12,937.00 $16,876.00 $17,843.00 WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that award of the contract for piping for diesel tank at White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility be made to the low bidder, RAMCON; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi that award of contract for piping for diesel tank at White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility be and the same is hereby awarded to RAMCON, the low bidder, in the amount of $12,937.00. Dated: October 19, 1988 I hereby certify that Resolution No. 88-149 was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting held October 19, 1988 by the following vote: Ayes: Council Members - Hinchman, Olson, Snider and Pinkerton (Mayor) Noes: Council Members - None Absent: Council Members - Reid Alice M.
