AWARD - CONTRACT FOR BECKMAN PARK PUMP STATION REMODEL,
1426 WEST CENTURY BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly published in accordance with law and
the order of this City Council, sealed bids were received and publicly opened on
July 27, 1988 at 11:00 a.m. for the contract for Beckman Park Pump Station Remodel,
1426 West Century Boulevard, described in the specifications therefor approved by the
City Council on June 15, 1988; and
WHEREAS, said bids have been compared, checked, and tabulated and a
report thereof filed with the City Manager as follows:

A clerical error had been made
in filling out the
bid form.
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that award of the contract for Beckman
Park Pump Station Remodel be made to the low bidder, Pacific Mechanical Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi that
award of contract for Beckman Park Pump Station Remodel be and the same is hereby
awarded to Pacific Mechanical Corporation, the low bidder, in the amount of
$332,103.00.

held August 3, 1988 by the following vote:
