A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL
AWARDING THE BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE DUMP TRUCK
(FOR WHITE SLOUGH WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY)
WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly published in accordance with law and
the order of this City Council, sealed bids were received and publicly opened on
November 21, 1990 at 11:00 a.m, for the bid for one dump truck for the White Slough
Water Pollution Control Facility, described in the specifications therefor approved
by the City Council on November 7, 1990; and
WHEREAS, said bids have been compared, checked, and tabulated and a
report thereof filed with the City Manager as follows:
F. B. Hart, Sacramento $46,216.62
Interstate International, Sacramento $48,744.11
F. B. Hart, Sacramento $53,338.56
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that award of the bid for said
dump truck be made to the lowest bidder meeting specifications, Interstate
International, Sacramento;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lodi City Council that award of
bid for said dump truck be and the same is hereby awarded to Interstate
International, Stockton, the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in the amount of
$48,744.11.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 90-181 was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting held December 19, 1990 by
the following vote:
