TO: City Attorney
FROM: Public Works Director
DATE: October 21, 1991
SUBJECT: Destruction of Public Works Records
Attached, marked Exhibit A, is a list of Public Works files which we no
longer need. We intend to submit this list to the City Council on

destruction, Richard Prima will go through some of the historical files
and pull out portions worth saving.
If the attached list meets with your approval, please sign this memo where
indicated and turn it prior to November 8, 1991.
