A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL
ORDERING THE BRIDGEHAVEN REORGANIZATION (LA -FC 6-92) WITHOUT
NOTICE AND HEARING, INCLUDING ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF LODI, AND
DETACHMENT FROM THE WOODBRIDGE FIRE DISTRICT, THE WOODBRIDGE WATER
USERS CONSERVATION DISTRICT, AND THE SJC RESOURCE CONSERVATION DISTRICT.
IN THE MATTER OF THE BRIDGEHAVEN ) RESOLUTION MAKING
REORGANIZATION (LAFC 6-92) INCLUDING ) DETERMINATIONS AND
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF LODI, AND ) ORDERING REORGANIZATION
DETACHMENT FROM THE WOODBRIDGE ) WITHOUT NOTICE AND
FIRE DISTRICT, THE WOODBRIDGE WATER USERS ) HEARING
CONSERVATION DISTRICT, AND THE SJC )
RESOURCE CONSERVATION DISTRICT. )
Section 1. RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI that it
determines:
a) Preliminary proceedings for the annexation of certain
described territory to the City of Lodi and detachment from the
Woodbridge Fire District, the Woodbridge Water Users Conservation
District, and the SJC Resource Conservation District were
initiated by the filing of the City of Lodi's Resolution No.
92-52 with the Local Agency Formation Commission in the County of
San Joaquin, proposing annexation of approximately 6.71 acres of
property located on the west side of Woodhaven Lane, south of the
Woodbridge Irrigation District Canal, pursuant to the requirements
of the Local Government Reorganization Act.
b) Thereafter, appropriate proceedings were conducted by said
Local Agency Formation Commission, and said Commission on May 29,
1992 adopted Resolution 858 approving the proposed annexation,
subject to the terms and conditions set forth within the subject
resolution.
c) Resolution No. 858 of the Local Agency Formation Commission
approving the proposed annexation also authorized the City of
Lodi to complete proceedings for uninhabited reorganization
without notice and hearing as the designated conducting agency in
accordance with Section 57002(c) of the Government Code.

Section 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, BY THE LODI CITY COUNCIL:
a) That the proposal for annexation is ORDERED in accordance
with Section 57002(c) of the Government Code of the State
of California, to wit:
1. Bridgehaven (contiguous) annexation to the City of
Lodi.
2. Detachment of Bridgehaven from the Woodbridge Fire
District, the Woodbridge Water Users Conservation
District, and the SJC Resource Conservation
District.
3. A description of said territory is attached hereto
(Exhibit A) and made a part hereof, as though set
out in full.
Section 3. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Lodi does not
succeed to the Williamson Act contract.

adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting
held June 17, 1992 by the following vote:

A portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 34, Township 4
North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, San Joaquin
County, California being described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of
the Southwest quarter of Section 34, Township 4 North, Range 6
East, said point also being the Northwest corner of the Eilers
Annexation to the City of Lodi, as described in City of Lodi
Resolution 81-100; thence along the West line of said Eilers
Annexation and being the East line of said Southwest quarter,
South 689.92 feet to the Northeast corner of the Wine and Roses
II Annexation to the City of Lodi, as described in City of Lodi
Resolution 90-132; thence along the North line of said Wine and
Roses II Annexation, North 88. 55' 45" West, 367.22 feet to the
Northwest corner of said Wine and Roses II Annexation; thence
North 1' 31' 15" East, 563.32 fleet to the South line of the
Woodbridge Irrigation District Canal right of way; thence along
said canal right of way, North 44' 57' East, 219.76 feet, North

West line of Chestnut Street; thence along said West line,
South, 184.91 feet; thence along a curve to the left, having a
radius of 1040 feet, a central angle of 10' 06' 04" and an arc
length of 183.35 feet to a point of reverse curvature;.thence
along a curve to the right having a radius of 960.00 feet, a
central angle of 10' 06' 04" and an arc length of 169.25 feet;
thence East, 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing
6.71 acres more or less.
