HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 92-91RESOLUTION NO. 92-91 ---------------------- ---------------------- A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE BLAKELY PARK RESTROOM REMODEL IMPROVEMENTS, 1050 SOUTH STOCKTON STREET WHEREAS, the contract for the Blakely Park restroom remodel located at 1050 South Stockton Street, Lodi, California, awarded to McDonald -Glenn Company of Manteca on October 16, 1991 in the amount of $45,214.00, has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council; and WHEREAS, the contract completion date was March 2, 1992, and the actual completion date was March 20, 1992. The final contract price was $47,121.00. The difference between the contract amount and the final contract price is mainly due to changes in the roof to improve its appearance and ventilation and revisions to the toilet partitions to make them more vandal -proof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lodi City Council hereby accepts, with variances in the completion date and final contract price, the improvements under the Blakely Park restroom remodel, 1050 South Stockton Street contract, and directs the Public Works Director to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's office.
