HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 92-33RESOLUTION NO. 92-33 ------------------------- ------------------------- A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR ARMORY PARK AND SOFTBALL COMPLEX CONCESSIONS WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly published in accordance with law and the order of this City Council, proposals were received and publicly opened on January 27, 1992 at 11:00 a.m. for the contract for the operation of concession stands at Armory Park and Softball Complex for the period February 19, 1992 through December 31, 1995, described in the Requests For Proposals approved by the City Council on January 15, 1992; and WHEREAS, proposals were received from the following four vendors and have been compared, checked, and tabulated and a report thereof filed with the City Manager: Food and Fun Concessions of Stockton Snack Attack of Stockton Nor -Cal Carts of Stockton Gloria's Catering of Lodi WHEREAS, proposals were evaluated on the basis of experience in concession operations, reputation, and percentage of gross receipts returned to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that award of the contract for said concession operations be made to Food and Fun Concessions of Stockton, for the proposal that appears to be in the best interests of the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lodi City Council that award of contract for the operation of concession stands at Armory Park and the Softball Complex be and the same is hereby awarded to Food and Fun Concessions of Stockton, for the period February 19, 1992 through December 31, 1995.
