No action required. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The following actions were taken at the last regular Planning Commission meeting of February 10, 1997: a. Approved Use Permit U-96-10, request of Dillon & Murphy, to allow the installation of rip -rap along the south bank of the Mokelumne River in a portion of the area of 305 and also 309, 317, & 401 Mokelumne River Drive (APN's 041-410-10, 11 & 041-310- (17-19); and - certified the Negative Declaration as adequate environmental documentation on this project. b. Approved the request of Baumbach and Piazza, on behalf of Fred Baker, to consider: Approval of Tentative Subdivision Map for Sunwest 14, Unit No. 1, which will consist of 31 single-family residential lots at 2147 W. Kettleman Lane; and certified the Negative Declaration as adequate environmental documentation on this project. CD APPROVED: H. New Overlay Zone with supplemental restrictions. 2. Definition of "Family." 3. Additional general regulations and exceptions related to conducting business within an enclosed building, refuse container and collection areas, and the parking of commercial vehicles in residential zones.
