ACCEPTING THE DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENT INCLUDED IN THFEIMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT FOR TOWNE RANCH, UNIT 2, TRACT NO. 2630
EXEMPT FROM FEE
The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements of the Improvement Agreement between the
City of Lodi and Towne Ranch Associates, a California
partnership, for the improvements for Towne Ranch, Unit No. 2,
Tract No. 2630 have been substantially complied with. The
improvements are shown on Drawings Nos. 92D109 and 94DO08 through
94D011, on file in the Public Works Department, and as
specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved
by the City Council.
2. The streets to be accepted are as follows:

Total New Miles of City Streets 0.28

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 94-113 was passed and
adopted by the Lodi City Council in a regular meeting held October 5,
1994, by the following vote:

and Sieglock (Mayor)

Absent: Council Members - None
