JOHt�STO';E 94 JUN 21 AMID -46 RECCIRDED h T FEQUEST OF MY SHO" EEE- FxEM—PT M1 FEE A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENT INCLUDED IN THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR JOHNSON RANCH, UNIT 2, TRACT NO. 2586 The City Council of the City of Lodi finds: 1. That all requirements of the Improvement Agreement between the City of Lodi and Lodi Home Builders, a limited partnership, for the improvements for Johnson Ranch, Unit No. 2, Tract No. 2586 have been substantially complied with. The improvements are shown on Drawings Nos. 92DO38 through 92D050, on file in the Public Works Department, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council on July 21, 1993. 2.
