HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 99-30RESOLUTION NO. 99-30 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL APPROVING ANGLE PARKING ON ELM STREET BETWEEN CHURCH STREET AND SACRAMENTO STREET, AND THEREBY AMENDING TRAFFIC RESOLUTION NO. 97-148 BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby approve Angle Parking on the south side of Elm Street, between Church Street and School Street, and the north side of Elm between School Street and Sacramento Street, as shown on Exhibit A attached; and BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Lodi Traffic Resolution No. 97-148, Section 4 "Angle Parking Areas" is hereby amended by allowing angle parking on the south side of Elm Street, between Church Street and School Street, and the north side of Elm between School Street and Sacramento Street Dated: February 17, 1999 -------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------- I hereby certify that Resolution No. 99-30 was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting held February 17, 1999, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS — Hitchcock, Mann, Nakanishi, Pennino and Land (Mayor) NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS — None ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS — None ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS — None ICE M.
