HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 98-119RESOLUTION NO. 98-119 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE TRAFFIC CONTROL CONVERSION FROM A TWO-WAY STOP TO A FOUR-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF ELM STREET AT SACRAMENTO STREET AND THEREBY AMENDING TRAFFIC RESOLUTION NO. 97-148 WHEREAS, a study has been prepared based on concerns expressed related to a recent number of accidents; and WHEREAS, Elm Street traffic is currently controlled at the intersection by stop signs and Sacramento Street traffic is uncontrolled. BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby approve the conversion from a two-way stop to a four-way stop at the intersection of Elm Street and Sacramento Street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that City of Lodi Traffic Resolution No. 97-148, Section 2(C) "Stop Intersections" is hereby amended by the conversion from a two-way stop to a four-way stop at the intersection of Elm Street and Sacramento Street.
