HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 96-35RESOLUTION NO. 96-35 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL CERTIFYING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION AS ADEQUATE ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION FOR THE LODI CENTRAL CITY REVITALIZATION PROGRAM WHEREAS, the City of Lodi, in an effort to improve the economic vitality of the historic Central Business District and the Cherokee Lane commercial corridor has created a revitalization plan; WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Community Development Director that the City Council certify the filing of a Negative Declaration as adequate environmental documentation for the Lodi Central Revitalization Project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed all documentation and hereby certifies the Negative Declaration as adequate environmental documentation for the Lodi Central City Revitalization Project.
