Mark,
Unfortunately, the time has come for me to ask that I be replaced as a member of the
Information Superhighway Task Force. I have relocated to Benicia, CA and do not feel that it
would be appropriate for me to remain as a member. I would like to continue to contribute
whenever and however I can, so please feel free to contact me if there is something I could assist
with.
We have made some good progress, and while I would have liked to have accomplished more, I
think we have done an admirable job it getting this project and technology center stage for the
City.
Please stay in touch.
S' ly,
