Gonzalez. City Clerk Reim -he apprised the Council that all information required by the Lodi Almicipal Code for the application of such a license had been provided. Mr. Nemesio (Eddie) C. Gonzalez. 13602 East Church Street, Lodi. California. spoke on behalf of his application. There being no other persons in the and -fence wishing to speak on the matter. the public portion of the hearing was closed. Following discussion with questions being directed to Mr. Gonzalez and to Staff. Council. on mm -tion of Council Member Olson. Hincham second. authorized the issuing of a license for Limousine Service within the City of Lodi to the heretofore referenced applicant, Mr. Gonzalez, pursuant to Section 24-20 et seq of the Lodi Umicipal Code. (b) A statement as to whether the permit is desired for an auto- mobile for hire or a taxicab. (c) A description of every motor vehicle which the applicant pro- poses to ust, giving: 1. Trade name; 2. Motor and serial number: 3. State license number; 4. Seating capacity; and. S. Body style. - (d)` The street number and exact location of the place or places where the applicant proposes to stand each such automobile. (e) Proposed schedule of rates or fares to be charged for carry- ing iut..rngrrs in stich antonuibile. Prior to this Permit becoming- effective, the applicant must deliver to the city Clerk a Certificate of insurance , executed by a company, duly authorized under the laws of the state to do an insurance business, by the provisions of which- policy the company promises and undertakes to pay in full all claims for damages- to persons or property resulting from the operation of the automobiles referred to in the application, provided-, that the maximum amount for which liability shall be assumed for injury to or death of one person in any, one accident shall be one hundred thousand dollars and injury to or death of more than one person in any one accid=ent shall be three hundred thousand dollars and the maximum amount- for which liability shall be assumed for injury to or destruction of prom-ty in any one accident shall be one hundred thousand dollars. if 1-111 API, -#If Alice M.
