Council, on motion of Mayor Pro Tempore Reid, Olson second, rescheduled the following Public Hearings which had originally been set for an Adjourned Regular Meeting to be held July 10, 1985 to Wednesday, July 24, 1985 at 7:30 pm. a) Public Hearing to consider the proposed one-way street system in the cannery area. b) Public :fearing to hear and pass upon objections or protests raised by any property owner or other interested persons regarding the "Notice to Construct Sidewalks" in front of their property - four parcels on the west side of Ham Lane between Lodi Avenue and Oak Street - i. e. 207, 211, 215, and 105 South Ham Lane. FROM: THE CITY MANAGER'S OFFICE ;July '3, 1985 � SUBJECT: SiWEM RESCHEDULING OF PUBLIC HEARINGS PR,MOUSLY SET FOR JULY 10, 1985 Sanetime ago it was determined that because of the July 4, 1985 holiday the Council meeting of July 3, 1985 would be adjourned to July 10, 1985 and the following Public Hearings were set for the July 10th meetinS: a) Public Hearing to consider the proposed one-way street system in the cannery area. b) Public Hearing to hear and pass upon objections or protests raised by any property owner or other interested persons regarding the "Notice to Construct Sidewalks" in front of their property - four property owners on the west side of Ham between Lodi Avenue and Oak Street - i. e. 207, 211, 215, 105 South Ham Lane, Lodi. It has now been determined that there will not be a quorum of n-ranbers who r will be able to attend the meeting of July 10, 1985. We are, therefore, requesting that Council, by motion action, reschedule the heretofore listed Public Hearings to a meeting of the Council to be held at 7:30 Fm, July 24, 1985.
