FAIFMOINT STREET, IDDI ti Notice thereof having been published in accordance with law and affidavit of publication being on file in the office of the city clerk, mayor McCarty called for the Public Hearing to oonsider the Hutchins Street MvproVement Project, Kettleman Lane to Pine Street. The matter was introduced by Public Works Dire -tor ftxv3ko and Richard C. Prim, Jr., Associate Civil Engineer who Presented diagrams of the subject area, explained the purpose of the hearing,the general history of the project and the project description. Kate Burdick* Environmental Planner and Jeff Clark, Traffic Engineer for r-H2MRill spoke on the EIR and traffic studies. City and property owner responsibilities, the proposed schedule and the minimum reomrmnded project were also discussed. The following persons Addressed the Omwil regarding the matter: a) Brenda Kermode, 510 Rimby Street, Lodi b) Gary Blomgren, 16830 N. Locust Tree Road, Lodi c) Gene Walton, Attorney at Law, representing Leon Perlegas, 1340 S. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, January 20, 1982 at the hour of 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Lodi City Council will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 221 West Pine Street, Lodi, California,to consider the appeal of George J. Williams, M.D., 1200 west Vine Street, Lodi, of the Planning Commission's denial of his request for a Use Permit to use the single-family parcel at 1001 York Street, Lodi, as an off street parking lot for the expansion of Fairmont Rehabilitation Hospital at 950 South Fairmont Avenue, Lodi, California. Information regarding this item may be obtained in the office of the Community Development Director at 221 W. Pine Street, Lodi, California. All interested persons are invited to present their views either for or against the above proposal. Written statements may be filed with the City Clerk at any time prior to the hearing scheduled herein and oral statements may be made at said hearing.
