BACKGROUND Il440RMATM The sign was erected by the sign company in the wrong location because the plans as corrected and approved by the Ccnmi" ty Development Department were not on the job site. The error was discovered by a Building Inspector using the City's copy of the approved plans. In denying the request the Planning Commission determined that a "Zoning Hardship" as defined by Section 17.72.080 of the Municipal Code did not exist. ES B. In denying your request the Planning Commission determined that a "Zoning Hardship" as defined in Section 17.72.080 of the Municipal Code did not exist. Municipal Code Section 17.72.110 provides as follows: "Any applicant or person claiming to be directly and adversely affected by any action of the Planning Commission may within five days (i.e. working days) after the action file a written appeal with the City Clerk for transmittal to the City Council."
