Enclosed i s a letter, marked Exhibit A, which was received from Ted Katzakian, agent for the Apple Orchard Subdivision, which is bounded by Tokay Street on the north, Cochran Road on the south, and Lower Sacramento Road on the west, requesting that the Specific Plan for Lower Sacramento Road, Kettleman Lane to Lodi Avenue, be amended to allow for construction of a publicly maintained brick wall which wi 11 be located on private property. f The City Attorney has indicated that this matter should be set for public hearing. Therefore, the developers would like to seek approval of their design from the City Council at its next regular meeting. Hopefully this would not require a public hearing since three other subdivisions on Lower Sacramento Road have already deviated from the specific plan with Council approval. Enclosed is a map of the subdivision which shows the location of the fenceandits design, which was approved by SPARC at its August 29th meeting. If any other information please con' -act me.
