Adopt resolution approving master plans for water, wastewater, storm drainage and bicycle; approving Impact Mitigation Fee Program report and schedule of fees; and approving Impact Mitigation Fee Program schedule of reduced fees BACKGROUND INFORMATION: In order to provide additional time for preparation of the final report, staff is requesting the public hearing be continued to August 15, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: IMFP revenues support the implementation of infrastructure to serve new development without which other City revenues would be utilized. FUNDING AVAILABLE: Not applicable.
