BACKGROUND INFORMATION: At its October 21, 1992 meeting when the City Council instructed the City Attorney to prepare an agreement with the property owners for the South Lodi Sanitary Sewer and Lift Station, it also asked the Community Development Department tc prepare a Negative Declaration for the project. The only remaining steps in the Negative Declaration process are (1) to conduct a public hearing and (2) to certify the Negative Declaration. FUNDING: None required. JBS/cg Attachment APPROVED.
