BACKGROUND' INHRMATION: At the present time, the City distributes most plans and specifications for City projects at no cost to any interested party. The cost to reproduce and mail the plans and specifications, as well as the number of requests for them, has required the Public Works Department to consider charging a non-refundable fee for the rL3production and distribution of these plans and specifications. .411 - FUNDING: FUNDING: Nut applicable.
