BACKGROUND INFORMATION: These public hearings are an annual requirement of the Transportation DevelopmentAct regulations. The San Joaquin Regional Transit District will be sponsoring several Unmet Transit Needs hearingsto discuss unmettransit needs in San Joaquin County, including Lodi. To date, no comments have been communicatedto staff. Itshould be notedthat many of the comments are given directly via email to San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) staff throughout the year. At the conclusion of the comment period, SJCOG's Social Services Technical Advisory Committee will review all comments received in the County and make a recommendation to the SJCOG Board if they are unmet needs and, if so, if they are reasonableto meet.
