Ray, regarding Notice of Public Nuisance and Order to Abate issued by the Chef Building Inspector regarding property located at 1201 Edgewood Drive, Lodi. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: This matter is being asked for further continuance in order that the City Attorney, Community Development Director and Chief Building Inspector can meet a final time with Mr. Ray and his attorney.
