HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - June 3, 1998 (88)AGENDA TITLE: Final Map and Improvement Agreement for Bangs Ranch, Unit No. 3, Tract No. 2869 MEETING DATE: June 3, 1998 PREPARED BY: Public Works Director RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the final map for Bangs Ranch, Unit No. 3, Tract No. 2869, and direct the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the Improvement Agreement and map on behalf of the City. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The subdivision is located east of Stockton Street and south of the existing Bangs Ranch development, as shown on Exhibit A. The subdivision contains a total of forty six single-family residential lots. J. Jeffrey Kirst, as a partner of Bangs Ranch, A California Limited Partnership, the developer of the subdivision, has furnished the City with the improvement plans, necessary agreements, guarantees, insurance certificates, and fees for the proposed development.
