STREET APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET SOUTH OF KETTLEMAN LAME TO BE IN THE tcW' INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The property hereinafter described is herbby zoned and classified as being in the nM't Industrial District, viz: Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of the right of way of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, 19.885 chains North of the Quarter Section line of Section 13 in Township 3 North, Range 6 East, Mount DPablo Base and Meridian; thence Northerly along said right of way 10.78 chains; thence East parallel with said Quarter Section line 13.56 chains to the roadway formerly of Jacob Hieb; thence South along said roadway 10.75 chains to the stake at the Nkheast corner of land formerly otmed by Jacob Hieb; a theme West parallel with said Qtzarter Section line 14.34 chains to the point of beginning and containing 15 acres, more or less, and being a portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 3 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. The above zoning herein set forth has been approved by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after public hearings held in conformance with the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable hereto. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel," a daily newspaper of general circulation 1. printed and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
