The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi do ordain as fcx

%m.l.- Section one of Ordinance No.One is hereby amended todad as

Sec.1.- The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees of the
:ity of Lodi shall be held on the first and third Mondays of each
nofith,md wch other times during every year as may be by law or
the ordinances of' the Ctty provided, Special meetings may be call-
xi at any time by the president or the board or by any three tm8teeE

eore the time specified for said meeting. The hour of meeting shall

Board of Trustees shall be in the Municipal Building of the City of
Lodi situated OR Main Street. between Locust and E&m Streets; providec
that,if for any reason this building shall not be available,the pres-
idmt of the board shall have the power to designate some 0:hW
place of meeting within the City,such designation to be made and PPX
notice thereof in writing served upon each member of the board at
least three hours befose the meetin$ time.
This ordinance shall be publishe8 once in %he Lodi Sentinel
and be in force and affect from and after the first bay of August,
