Every rider of Q bicycle on any sidewalk or side- walk-space must dismount, that Is to say, must remove bath feet from the bicycRe and place them upon the sldewaHk or sidebalk- space, befare appraaching within fifteen feet of a pedestrian, and not, remcrunt the bicycle until the passed. d Sectian 5.
