HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 1468ORDINANCE NO. 1468 AN ORDINANCE OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE LODI GENERAL PLAN BY RECLASSIFYING THE 3.7k ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOWER SACRAMENTO ROAD AND WEST VINE STREET FROM OFFICE-INSTITUTIONAL TO RESIDENTIAL-LOW DENSITY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LODI CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Land Use Element of the Lodi General Plan is hereby amended by reclassifying the 3.7 k acre parcel located at the southeast corner of Lower Sacramento Road and West Vine Street from Office- Institutional to Residential-Low Density, as shown on Tentative Subdivision Map 89 S 011, Exhibit A, attached hereto. SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Senti nel I' , a daily newspaper of general ci rcul ati on printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
