HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 1467ORDINANCE NO. 1467 AN ORDINANCE OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE LODI GENERAL PLAN LANE AND BECKMAN ROAD FROM UNCLASSIFIED INDUSTRIAL TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL; LIGHT INDUSTRIAL. BY REDESIGNATING A 51-ACRE PARCEL AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF KETTLEMAN AND PREZONING SAID PROPERTY C-M, COMMERCIAL-LIGHT INDUSTRIAL AND M-1 , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LODI CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Land Use Element of the Lodi General Plan is hereby amended by redesignating a 51-acre parcel at the northeast corner of Kettleman Lane and Beckman Road from Unclassified Industrial to Light Industrial, as shown on Project Map (Exhibit A), APN 049-070-26, 049-070-28, 049-070-29, and 040-070-65. SECTION 2. The following described property is hereby prezoned C-M, Commercial -Light Industrial : Beginning at the intersection of the south line of Pixley Park (C-Storm Water Retention Basin) and South Beckman Road; thence easterly 605 feet; thence southerly 1380 feet; thence easterly 150 feet; thence southerly 590 feet to the north line of Kettleman Lane; thence westerly along the north line of Kettleman Lane to the intersection with the east line of South Beckman Road; thence northerly along the South Beckman Road to the point of beginning. east line of SECTION 3. The M-1, Light Industr fol 1 owing described property is hereby prezoned a7 : -1- Beginning at the intersection of the southerly extension of the centerline of Cluff Avenue and the south line of Pixley Park (C-Storm Water Retention Basin); thence southerly 1620 feet to the north line of Kettleman Lane; thence westerly along the north line of Kettleman Lane 480 feet; thence northerly 590 feet; thence westerly 150 feet; thence northerly 1030 feet to the south line of Pixley Park (C-Storm Water Retention Basin); thence easterly along the south line of Pixley Park (C-Storm Water Retention Basin) 630 feet to the point of beginning.
